The safety of our staff and guests is our number one priority.
Making Sure We Stay Sanitized
★ Staff will be wearing CDC approved masks and gloves and washing hands frequently.
★ All concessions will be prepared in sanitized environment with staff wearing masks & gloves.
★ High contact areas (doors, handles, debit machines, arm rests, etc.) will be frequently santitized.
★ Bathrooms will be cleaned regularily.
★ Sanitizer (touch free) is available at all entrances and exits and the LMH Unit advises to sanitize your hands on entering and exiting the building
Social Distancing/Masks
★ Keeping the 6ft rule - we will add markings where appropriate
★ Any staff exhibiting signs of illness will be asked to stay home until it is safe to return.
★ We will monitor staff temperatures.
★ Patrons must wear masks when entering the building
★ Patrons must remask if they are not enjoying their concessions
★ We ask any guests that are showing signs of illness stay home.
★ Under Orange Zone regulations we are asked to record all people attending films
Change In Capacity (max 50 people in 400 seat cinema)
★ Capacity limitations will be imposed on the bathrooms to ensure physical distancing.
★ We will be limiting the auditorium's capacity to 50 as per Orange Zone regulations and to allow proper distancing
★ Guests to keep at least 6 feet (3 seats) between themselves and other guests not from their household.
Payment
★ We strongly encourage patrons to purchase tickets ahead of time online in order to reduce contact.
★ If paying in person, we strongly encourage patrons to pay with a card. 'Tap" is ideal in order to reduce contact
★ Staff will be cleaning debit machines and cash registers regularily.
Memberships
★ Due to our unexpected closure, memberships will be replaced with a new scannable card with validation date of your first visit back to the cinema.
